Lost a gym bag, smartphone or umbrella? Then claim your lost property! On our online platform you can see all the items we’ve found at our stops or on our buses and trams. And that applies to the whole of Flanders: it doesn’t matter whether you lost your things on a Gent, Antwerpen or Leuven line.
Here’s what to do
Go to our platform and use the search bar to find your lost item.
If you recognise your item in the list, based on the photo and the description, claim it! The more accurately you describe your gym bag, smartphone or umbrella, the faster we’ll be able to check that you are the rightful owner.
After you have paid the administrative and postage fee, one of our colleagues will carefully perform one last check to ensure that the process runs safely and correctly.
The item will then be prepared for posting and handed over to bpost, so that it can be delivered quickly to your home – what could be simpler?
*It can take up to five working days to update the platform with all items that have been found, so please be patient.
