Overview of mobile operators

From which operators can I buy an ticket or sms-daypass? Below you will find an alphabetical list of the mobile operators with which you can buy a De Lijn ticket.

Text your order code to 4884 and you will be sent your ticket or sms-daypass.

  • Text the order code DL for a 60-minute ticket

  • Text the order code DLD for a day pass that is valid for 24 hours

An operator cost when purchasing a (day) ticket for De Lijn via SMS is the additional fee that the mobile telecom operator charges for processing the SMS transaction. Payment of this operator cost is made via the mobile bill or calling credit. This cost is in addition to the price of the ticket and amounts to 0.25 euro per text message sent. Do you have a foreign SIM card? Then you cannot buy tickets via SMS from De Lijn, even if foreign operators use one of the Belgian networks via roaming (Proximus, BASE, Orange, Mobile Vikings, Telenet). De Lijn has no agreement with foreign mobile operators.
